At M Science, a data-driven research firm under Jefferies, I led the creative vision as the Senior Design and Multimedia Manager, overseeing the full rebrand of the company’s visual identity from logo design and website redevelopment to social media presence. For 4 years I was deeply involved in shaping the company’s public-facing and internal communications, designing everything from marketing materials and pitch decks to dynamic presentations for web conferences and industry expos.
I developed a full suite of branded Microsoft Office and Keynote templates to standardize communications across teams, and took full ownership of all creative content, including motion graphics, video, and podcast editing. Working closely with the Marketing Team, I helped drive strategic initiatives like targeted landing pages and email campaigns, aligning visuals with performance-driven messaging.
Beyond branding and content creation, I also contributed to product development by integrating UX design principles into internal platforms, helping to enhance functionality and user experience across teams. I managed digital media end-to-end, overseeing everything from concept to execution and provided on-site AV support during key events, ensuring seamless delivery in high-visibility settings. This role positioned me as both a creative lead and a strategic partner, allowing me to drive visual storytelling while directly influencing how the brand engaged with clients, stakeholders, and users at every touchpoint.
