During my time with Deutsche Bank’s Creative Team, I had the opportunity to work at the exciting intersection of creativity and the fast-paced, high-pressure finance world. I was responsible for modernizing pitch decks and digital signage, always making sure the designs were visually engaging but still aligned with the professional tone expected in the financial industry.

Working alongside the internal creative team, I helped create presentations that not only showcased complex financial data but also kept things fresh and visually appealing.

The role demanded a lot of quick thinking, whether it was prototyping new ideas on the fly or creating mock-ups under tight deadlines. I was also tasked with providing on-site audiovisual support for roadshows and corporate events, where everything had to go off without a hitch. It was a lot of pressure, but I thrived in making sure the technical side of things ran smoothly while still keeping the design sharp.

Along the way, I got the chance to mentor new hires, helping them adjust to the fast-paced environment and teaching them how to juggle creativity with the demands of the finance world. This experience really taught me how to stay agile and maintain my creativity, even when working under pressure and tight deadlines. It was an intense but incredibly rewarding experience that pushed me to grow both creatively and professionally.
