For 2 years I was an integral part of Societe Generale’s Creative Team, I played a hybrid role that blended creative production with project coordination. Partnering directly with the Senior Art Director, I helped revamp the bank’s visual identity—updating branding elements and refining the look and feel of key materials. I managed the intake and distribution of creative requests, acting as a point of contact between stakeholders and our creative team to ensure smooth execution and timely delivery.
My responsibilities also included reformatting and standardizing a wide range of internal documents, which significantly improved consistency across departments. I took ownership of presentation materials, tailoring and optimizing content for clarity, impact, and brand alignment. In addition to design execution, I was involved in task delegation, working with external vendors like desktop publishers, coders, and print teams to bring projects to life.
One of the more strategic aspects of my role was collaborating with the SG Innovation Team. Under the direction of the Chief of Staff, I contributed to the UX development of an internal application, bridging design thinking with functional requirements. This role sharpened my ability to lead cross-functional projects and balance creative execution with operational efficiency.
